Im Laufe der Jahre hat sich die Qualit\u00e4t dieser H\u00e4user enorm verbessert und sie haben sich sozusagen zu echten Luxuswohnungen entwickelt. Es ist also gar keine so verr\u00fcckte Idee, dass man sie zu dauerhaften Wohnungen machen m\u00f6chte. Aber ist das \u00fcberhaupt erlaubt?   <\/p>\n<p>In jeder Gemeinde gelten andere Gesetze und Vorschriften. Das gilt auch f\u00fcr das dauerhafte Wohnen in einem Freizeitheim. In manchen Gemeinden wird es geduldet, in anderen ist es verboten. Auf den Campingpl\u00e4tzen und Parks, in denen dieses Verbot gilt, ist oft angegeben, in welchem Zeitraum man dort wohnen darf.   <\/p>\n<h2>Dauerhaft auf eigenem Grund und Boden leben<\/h2>\n<p>Die Frage, ob man dauerhaft in einem Erholungsheim wohnen kann, wurde im Januar 2012 beantwortet und ist gesetzlich geregelt. Die Regierung hat die Politik in die H\u00e4nde der Gemeinden gelegt. Die Gemeinden k\u00f6nnen also entscheiden, ob sie es erlauben oder nicht. Sie fragen sich, ob Sie in Ihrer eigenen Gemeinde in einem Freizeitheim wohnen d\u00fcrfen? Erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Gemeinde.    <\/p>\n<h2>Mantelpflege Chalet<\/h2>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-449 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zaro.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/image8-300x224.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zaro.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/image8-300x224.png 300w, https:\/\/www.zaro.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/image8-768x573.png 768w, https:\/\/www.zaro.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/image8-268x200.png 268w, https:\/\/www.zaro.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/image8.png 800w\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\">Seit dem 1. November 2014 haben sich die Regeln der BOR ge\u00e4ndert. BOR steht f\u00fcr den Erlass des Umweltgesetzes. Dadurch wurde die M\u00f6glichkeit geschaffen, eine gesch\u00fctzte Unterkunft neben einem bestehenden Haus ohne Genehmigung zu bauen. Um dies genehmigungsfrei zu tun, muss das Chalet jedoch alle Bedingungen erf\u00fcllen.   <\/p>\n<p>Zum Beispiel muss die Fl\u00e4che des Hauses mit der bereits auf dem Hinterhof gebauten Fl\u00e4che verbunden sein. Diese Fl\u00e4che darf maximal 100 m2 betragen. Das Haus muss auch die Anforderungen an die maximale H\u00f6he in Verbindung mit dem Abstand zur Grundst\u00fccksgrenze erf\u00fcllen. Diese H\u00f6he darf maximal 5 m betragen.   <\/p>\n<p>In einem informellen Pflege-Chalet k\u00f6nnen maximal zwei Personen wohnen und es gilt als (vor\u00fcbergehendes) Nebengeb\u00e4ude. Sollte die informelle Betreuung nicht mehr gelten, m\u00fcssen Sie das Haus entfernen und deaktivieren. <\/p>\n<h2>Mantelpflege Chaletbau<\/h2>\n<p>Es ist wichtig, dass ein f\u00fcr die informelle Pflege in Auftrag gegebenes Chalet mehrere Anforderungen erf\u00fcllt. Zum Beispiel ist es wichtig, dass das Chalet f\u00fcr alle Jahreszeiten gut isoliert ist. Deshalb bietet Zaro ein zus\u00e4tzliches Isolierpaket, eine zus\u00e4tzliche Zentralheizung und zus\u00e4tzliche Stromgruppen an.
